My cancellation policy
I often joke that seeing a Professional Dominatrix is dangerous. This leads to situations such as taking your grandmother to hospital, a dying uncle, transportation problems, or many other things... Of course, most of the time it's an excuse because fear can get the better of you before a session. I totally understand! Seeing a Dominatrix for the first time is intimidating, but I can quickly tell the difference between an excuse and a valid reason.
That said, I wanted to clarify my cancellation policy so that there would be no confusion should you need to reschedule. I expect you to honor our appointment, but I realize that life can sometimes be difficult and unexpected events can prevent you from attending.
Notifying me as soon as possible is the best thing you can do to avoid ending up on my blacklist.
For my part, I do everything in my power to avoid postponing our session. I've only had to do this once in over three years as a professional Domina. I take my job very seriously and respect your time. I do everything I can to avoid rescheduling. If I need to change our session, please understand that this is a last resort.
Most of you know that I don't chain sessions. By the time we schedule an appointment, I have freed up a large part of my day or evening, even if it's only for a few hours. " that " for a one-hour session. I want to be fully present with you during our time together and have the option of inviting you to stay for coffee or a Perrier afterwards. This means that if you don't show up, I lose half a day on my schedule. I'd much rather plan a lunch with a friend, go to a museum or many other things.
Cancellations more than 72 hours before our session :
The booking deposit can be used for a session within 30 days of the initial booking date. For example, our initial appointment was April 18. You emailed me on April 10 to let me know. I will apply your deposit to a session until May 18. If you don't find a date before May 18 that matches my availability (I always offer at least three options), you lose your deposit.
Cancellations 48 to 72 hours before our session:
You will lose your deposit and will have to pay it again before setting up another appointment.
Cancellations 24 to 48 hours before our session:
I expect 50% of the session to be paid or you will be added to my blacklist.
Less than 24 hours :
I expect the session to be paid in full, as it would be impossible to schedule another one.
In all cases, if you cancel, I require full payment in advance before rescheduling.
Arriving late for a session
Although I've probably freed up enough time in my schedule to make up for your 10 or 15-minute delay, please note that this is at my discretion. I always recommend arriving early and having a coffee in a lovely restaurant rather than being pressed for time. Not only will you be ready when I let you in, but you'll be much less stressed and be able to fully enjoy our time together. Showing up sweaty and anxious because you ran to get here doesn't make a good impression.
Again, I am quite compassionate and understand that things can happen, but if I feel you are taking advantage of my kindness and generosity, I will not tolerate it. Please be respectful of my time, as you would any other professional, and I will treat you very, very well during our time together 😉
