The Heart of the Dominatrix: The Series
Six dominatrixes. Six cities. A series to change the narrative.
There are things that the mainstream media have never really been able to say about this profession.
It's not for lack of trying. But every time a dominatrix speaks in a newspaper or on a TV set, three-quarters of what she has said is cut out. What remains is the costume. Rarely the thought.
For years, I've been working to close this gap. By the book, by my documentary, through the sessions, through the words I write here. And today, with my co-director Jay Lincal, we're taking the next step.
The Heart of the Dominatrix is a six-part documentary series. Six professional European dominatrixes - Paris, Berlin, Athens, and three other cities. Each filmed in her own dungeon, on her own terms. No outside viewer to decide for her what the viewer should think. Each episode is built with its protagonist - never on her.
It took a long time for this project to take shape. It began with the book I published in 2022, and took shape after the release of The Heart of a Dominatrix in February. That first film taught me that one story wasn't enough. I needed six.
On June 1st, we open our Ulule campaign.
The target is €12,000 to finance the two pilot episodes - filming starts in June, with delivery to contributors in December 2026. These two pilots are the leverage we need to go after Arte, Canal+ and European public funders to complete the remaining four episodes. The series already has the backing of PlayboyTV Europe. What's missing is the first step.
The campaign lasts 45 days. All rewards are detailed on the page. There's something for every budget, and every contribution counts.
